Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Certain parts like windshields, seats, or customized parts may have specific return guidelines.
  • To initiate a return, log in to your Sidrax account and place a return request directly from the website.
  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a pickup schedule.

Refund Policy

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of partial returns (e.g., multiple items), refund will be calculated accordingly.
  • For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer (details required).

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled from your Sidrax account before they are shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return after delivery.
  • In case of prepaid orders, refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Exchanges

  • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
  • Customers can place a return request for the product and reorder the desired item.
